Elemental Embodiment

The time is ripe for us to express ourselves clearly and eloquently. Corporal and verbal eloquence is the path to knowing ourselves intimately and honestly. In the age of information, it is imperative that we individuate and cultivate the ability to discern what is for us, and that which is not. The ability to receive our needs and materialize our dreams is highly dependent on the way we move and the tone of our inner dialogue. Our words cast spells, they are prayers. Everything we say is either affirming or deviating from the truth. We hold tremendous power in our tongues and our style of communication reflects our belief systems and values, therefore it's incredibly insightful to listen carefully to how we speak, what stories we repeat and especially what we say about ourselves. One of the most empowering things we can do as women, is to become impeccable with our word, meaning to have control over our speech, to communicate masterfully. We do this by consciously choosing how we respond,  instead of allowing our subconscious to continue ruling the narrative. As we embody our gifts, truth is revealed and we can show up in the world with greater integrity and authenticity.  Elemental embodiment is a journey into the self, every element is alive within us, we have the tools available, we have breath, prayers and movement.
