Sovereign woman lodge is a 4 week container from May 11- June 7. A place for women to activate their innate wisdom and witness one another. I will offer journal inquires and a weekly talk, these include practical components such as nutrition, movement, spiritual attunement and psycho/emotional resilience. We are exploring: mother wounds, self image, heartbreak, loss, disease and rgeneration. Zoom sessions will be on Mondays and Sundays at 10 AM pacific. An Integration and weaving circle is where we share our voices, insights and prayers offering every woman the opportunity to be seen, heard and embraced. The process of individuation requires the courage to be disliked as we challenge the status quo and carve our own path. Sovereignty requires sincere relationship to the self and other, as well as spiritual integrity. This circle is designed to uphold the wise women traditions and offer encouragement and inspiration.
